1. How do I book a consultation?
Simply choose a package (Canvas, Palette, or Masterpiece) from our Services page and complete checkout. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive instructions to upload photos and measurements of your space, along with a link to schedule your consultation.
2. What do I need to prepare before my consultation?
To get the most out of your session, we recommend preparing:

Notes on your existing furniture, color preferences, and style inspiration
3. How are consultations delivered?
All consultations are conducted online, typically via Zoom or Google Meet. You’ll receive a meeting link after booking. We also provide follow-up communication via email for deliverables and clarifications.
4. What kind of files will I receive?
Depending on your package, you may receive:

Personalized color palettes (with HEX/RGB/paint brand codes)

PDF styling guides with shopping lists and layout notes

All files are delivered digitally to your email address.
5. How long does it take to receive my plan?

6. What if I need changes to my plan?
Each package includes at least one revision round. Additional revisions can be purchased as add-ons.
7. Can I reschedule my consultation?
Yes. You may reschedule one time if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are considered delivered and non-refundable.
8. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase (before work begins)

Partial refund (up to 50%) if work has started but no deliverables have been sent

9. Do you work internationally?
Yes. All consultations are online, so we serve clients worldwide. Please note that recommendations for furniture or décor may include international retailers; we do our best to provide alternatives available in your region.
10. Can you match my brand or existing style?
Absolutely. Share your existing brand palette, favorite colors, or reference images, and we’ll build the design around them.
11. What if my space changes after I book?
Minor changes (such as moving furniture or painting walls) can be accounted for in your revision. If there are major changes (e.g., different room entirely), additional fees may apply.
12. Are your services the same as hiring an interior designer?
No. Our focus is on color consultation, styling guidance, and visual planning, not full interior design execution. We do not manage contractors, construction, or procurement. Instead, we give you actionable plans you can execute with confidence.
