Refund policy

At OSB Company LLC, we want every client to feel confident when booking our services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds may apply, what cancellations are allowed, and how exceptions are handled. Because our services include personalized consultations and digital deliverables, special conditions apply.

1. General Principles

  • Refunds are not guaranteed unless specifically stated below.

  • Refunds apply only to purchases made directly through OtkrijSvojeBoje.com.

  • By purchasing a service package, you acknowledge that the work involves custom digital products that cannot be resold or reused.

2. Client-Initiated Cancellations

A. Within 24 Hours of Purchase (Before Work Begins)

  • Eligible for a full refund, minus any payment processor fees (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

B. After Initial Work Has Started

  • If consultation has been scheduled but not yet delivered: partial refund of up to 50% of the service price.

  • If digital materials (color palettes, PDFs, moodboards) have already been prepared: refund is not available.

C. After Delivery of First Draft or File

  • No refunds, as significant time, intellectual property, and customized resources have already been provided.

D. No-Show or Missed Consultation

  • If you do not attend your scheduled consultation without at least 24 hours’ notice, the session is considered delivered and no refund applies.

  • Rescheduling is possible one time if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Company-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a consultation in rare cases (illness, technical issues, force majeure). In such cases:

  • Clients may choose a full refund OR

  • Reschedule at no extra charge.

4. Digital Products and Deliverables

Because digital deliverables (color palettes, guides, moodboards, 3D visualizations) are custom-created for each client, they are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Subscriptions or Add-On Services

If we offer ongoing subscription plans or add-ons (e.g., extended support, monthly design updates):

  • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.

  • Payments already processed are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

  • Transaction fees and currency conversion differences are the responsibility of the client.

7. Exceptions

Refunds or credits may be offered, at our discretion, if:

  • The service was not delivered due to our error.

  • A technical issue on our side prevented you from receiving deliverables.

  • Mutual agreement is reached for partial credit toward a future project.
