  • Educational resources and downloadable materials (guides, e-books, templates)

We may modify, expand, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or have verifiable parental/guardian consent if under 18).

  • You have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract with OSB Company LLC.

  • You will use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Booking & Payments

  • All services must be booked and purchased directly through our Website via secure checkout.

  • Payments are processed in EUR or USD via trusted third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • You agree to provide accurate billing and payment details. Any declined or reversed payments may result in suspension of services.

  • Prices are subject to change; however, confirmed orders remain valid at the agreed rate.

  • Depending on your jurisdiction and chosen payment method, additional taxes, transaction fees, or currency conversion charges may apply.

  • For larger or custom projects, milestone-based billing may be offered in writing.

4. Delivery of Services

  • Consultations: Delivered online using conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar).

  • Reports & Files: Sent electronically to your provided email within the timeframe specified in your package (typically 2–7 business days).

  • 3D Visualizations: Delivered in standard formats (PDF, JPEG, PNG, or online viewer links).

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity. You will be notified in case of significant delays.

  • Any revisions included in your package must be requested within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure accurate results, you agree to provide:

  • Clear and recent photos or videos of your space

  • Accurate room dimensions, layouts, or sketches

  • Information about existing furniture, lighting, décor, and color preferences

  • Timely feedback during the consultation and delivery process

We are not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete results if the information provided is misleading, incomplete, or delayed.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All deliverables (color palettes, reports, 3D renders, moodboards, etc.) remain the intellectual property of OSB Company LLC until full payment is received.

  • Upon payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables solely for your own interior project.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or present our materials as your own.

  • All Website content (text, graphics, logos, images, design) is owned by OSB Company LLC and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are handled in accordance with our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. In general:

  • Full refunds may be available if requested within 24 hours of purchase and before work begins.

  • Partial refunds may be available depending on the stage of work completed.

  • No refunds are available once digital deliverables (color palettes, PDFs, 3D renders) have been provided.

  • Subscriptions or add-on services (if offered) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are consultative in nature. Implementation of our advice is the sole responsibility of the client.

OSB Company LLC is not liable for:

  • Errors during painting, renovations, or furniture placement when implementing recommendations

  • Variations in color appearance due to differences in lighting, screen calibration, or paint brand formulation

  • Quality, availability, or pricing of third-party products we may recommend

  • Delays, damages, or issues caused by contractors, suppliers, or delivery providers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OSB Company LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse our Website or services for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Copy, scrape, or redistribute Website content without prior written consent

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten our staff, contractors, or other users

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation.

  • If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming under American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.

  • In the event arbitration is not applicable, disputes will be handled by competent courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

  • International users are responsible for complying with their local laws when accessing our Website.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between OSB Company LLC and the Client, superseding any prior written or verbal understandings.
